One avocado gives you your recommended daily allowance of folate which is important for preventing early term birth defects. You also get healthy fats, Vitamin E and other B vitamins that are so crucial for women’s hormone balance.

- 1 ½ cups Unsweetned or Homemade Almond or Coconut Milk
- ½ Avocado or 2 Tbsp Hemps Seeds
- 1 Tbsp Raw Cacao Powder
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Powder or Extract
- 1 Tbsp Lucuma Powder
- 1 tsp Maca Powder
- 1 Frozen Banana
- Honey or Maple Syrup to taste
- 1 Serving Collagen Peptide Protein Powder
