Hi, I’m Madeline!

I’m a nutritionist and the founder of Natural Hormone Healing.  I’ve worked with many women who struggle with menopause to alleviate their symptoms using nutrition and supplementation protocols. They report an elimination of hot flashes, loss of weight, and feeling comfortable and at home in their body again.

Hot Flash & Sleep Support Game Plan 

A 60 minute session over phone and Skype that will give you a custom hormone balancing protocol to help you eliminate hot flashes in 1 month or less.

In your assessment you will:

  • gain clarity around your hormones
  • determine what ‘type’ of menopause you’re in
  • uncover the non-obvious factors contributing to your symptoms
  • identify key strategies to get your results
  • receive a customized menopause protocol, including nutrition and lifestyle recommendations, customized elixirs and/ or a self care ritual, all completely actionable

A session is 60 minutes and $250. Before your session you will fill out a confidential online assessment form, all questions are designed to uncover underlying hormone imbalances and get a record of your health history.
