Our Approach

If you go to a medical doctor for a hormone imbalance, you’ll likely be prescribed the pill, synthetic or bio-identical hormones, or maybe even the latest antidepressant.

Our approach is based on functional nutrition, self care rituals, custom herbal protocols and lifestyle coaching to get your body in the optimal state to heal on it’s own. However our services can be an enhancement to conventional treatments such as IVF or Hormone Replacement Therapy.

Madeline offers private one-on-one coaching, online courses (such as Eating For Your Cycle) and live courses in her home town of Calgary AB.
