Spend the afternoon with Madeline MacKinnon, nutritionist and the founder of Natural Hormone Healing and Carly Rae, holistic reproductive health practitioner and founder of WombMama to learn holistic tools for optimal menstrual and pelvic health.

Womb Care with Carly Rae
In a sacred and supportive space join Carly Rae, Somatic Sex Educator and Holistic Reproductive Health Practitioner, and Manual Therapist in a experiential and informative afternoon exploring pelvic bowl health. Discover landmarks and bony structures of your pelvic bowl, anatomy, and energetics of your vulva, vagina, and womb space. Learn why connecting with your womb on a deeper level, to understand your body better, is important for overall health and vitality.
We will discuss:
– Proper functioning of the pelvic floor, how and why it is so important for pelvic bowl health and our overall health.
– Common pelvic bowl imbalances: painful/irregular periods, endometriosis, prolapse, pelvic pain, diastasis recti.
– Breathing techniques to connect and engage with your pelvic floor.
– An introduction to Tami Kent’s book The Wild Feminine.
– Guided visualization/meditation on the pelvic bowl.
– Self care tools to do at home to restore your pelvic bowl health with take home pamphelts on how to do these tools.
