These 1-on-1 coaching sessions include nutrition support, a fully customized protocol with resources and tools (herbal recommendations, recipes, and step-by-step instructions) as well as access to gold-standard DUTCH hormone testing.

Initial 60-Minute Consultation

This session includes a full hormone and health assessment, a customized herb and
supplement protocol and nutrition recommendations with recipes.

If necessary, Madeline will recommend specific hormone and blood testing to get to the root of your symptoms.

If you decide you would rather invest in our 4-month 1-1 coaching program, you may upgrade this option to a monthly package at the monthly package rate less the cost of the initial consultation.

30-Minute Follow-up Consultation

These sessions include nutrition tweaks with recipes, modifications as needed to your
protocol, optional hormone test reviews

Fee. $150 CAD (Approx. $120 USD)

 The gold standard of hormone testing. Dried hormone testing is simple and effective way to understand your symptoms and get appropriate treatment.

I’m Madeline MacKinnon, Nutrition Consultant and Women’s Health Coach. I believe we must peel back the layers that surround the root of your hormone imbalance, expose it, and then treat it with a combination of food, herbs and lifestyle remedies. One of my specialties is helping you implement this protocol on a busy schedule. I also help my clients eliminate PMS, heavy periods, and get pregnant. Frequently Asked Questions

Is your coaching covered by my insurance?

Madeline is a nutrition consultant and health coach, not a dietitian, so she doesn’t have a registration number that can be used for coverage. Some people have been successful putting money from a company health spending account towards their DUTCH test, but coaching with Madeline cannot be claimed through insurance.

What are your credentials?

Madeline is a health coach and certified nutrition consultant. She is constantly investing in her education in the areas of menopause, adrenal fatigue, fertility, menstrual issues (such as PCOS and endometriosis) as well as herbology and transformational coaching practices.

What’s the refund policy?

No refunds are given because this is service-based work.

How long will it take for me to see results in my hormones?

The results will depend on the severity of your condition and the depth of your commitment. If we are working on your energy or weight loss, you should see results within a month. If we are working with menstrual cycle-based conditions such as infertility or PCOS, this can take longer (because each menstrual cycle is around a month long).

How much time do I need to commit?

When Madeline acts as your coach, she is compiling the plan and all the resources for you. Coaching is designed to save you time, but a certain level of commitment from you is required. As an example, if we are working towards weight loss you will need to track your calories or keep a food diary.
